Daniela Macaj has been working with Studio Rock since January 2026. As a trainee solicitor, she mainly works in the field of corporate law.

She supports the firm’s professionals in managing their positions in administrative, control and supervisory bodies – including boards of directors, boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies – as well as assisting medium and large companies in extraordinary transactions.

Qualifications and Professional Associations
• 2024 – Registered with the Milan Bar Association as a trainee solicitor.
