She provides support in defining acquisition and sale strategies, coordinating and negotiating the related contractual documentation at all stages of the process. She is also involved in drafting business plans and valuation reports.
As a Qulified Family Officer She provides support to Private Clients & High Net Worth Individuals by providing specialised services in the field of generational transition and asset protection.

Previously, she collaborated with leading firms, developing expertise in Tax M&A and conducting Tax Due Diligence activities, particularly in the area of Transfer Pricing policies for corporate groups.
