Antonio Di Giovanni is a qualified lawyer for higher jurisdictions and has been working for Studio Rock since 2011 after serving as Manager of Associazione tra le Società Italiane per Azioni (Assonime, Association of Italian Joint-Stock Companies) and partner at two leading Italian tax firms.

With regard to consultancy, Antonio Di Giovanni deals with income taxation (in particular, with regard to extraordinary transactions), V.A.T. and local taxation in the pre-litigation and litigation phases. He is a member of several Boards of Statutory Auditors.

He has been an adjunct professor of Tax Law at the LUISS University and Università degli Studi di Roma Tre in Rome. He has been a member of the Fiscal and Civil Commission of Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (Italian Accounting Board) and of numerous Research Commissions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and National Council for the Economy and Labour. Antonio Di Giovanni has also taught at the Guardia di Finanza Postgraduate Course for Tax Police.
