Marco Lovati has been at Studio Rock since 1989 and became a Partner in 1998.

Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, he provides Italian and foreign corporations and business groups with professional advice mainly within the fields of tax, corporate, contractual law and corporate valuation, as well as in the context of reorganization and generational transfers of companies and assets.

He is a member of numerous Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 of numerous companies operating in various sectors. He has also held the office of statutory auditor in companies traded on regulated markets.

• 1994 – National Association of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts in Milan;

• 1994 – Register of Auditors.
