In particular, the Firm assists companies during all inspection and auditing activities carried out by the (Italian) Tax Administration. It examines the best defence strategies, also in light of any deflationary opportunities that the legislation may provide.
During the actual litigation phase, the Firm provides assistance for the entire proceedings, from submission of the introductory appeal before the Provincial Tax Commission, up to representation before the (Italian) Supreme Court of Cassation.
