Donato Ancona is a lawyer specializing in Corporate Criminal Law and has been a member of Studio Rock since 2019.

Previously, he worked with a leading law firm specializing in Business Criminal Law, was a consultant on the liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and internal auditor of a major Italian holding company.

He deals with the drafting of organization, management and control models and is a member of Supervisory Bodies (OdV) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He also provides extrajudicial consultancy and legal assistance to natural and legal persons in the field of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), 231 and corporate criminal law in general.
