Bruno Pari has been working for Studio Rock since 2020.

Previously, he gained long-standing experience in the field of functional analysis of management software for professional accountant offices at Il Sole 24 Ore. He collaborated with leading professional firms, until he founded one of his own. He developed Tax Compliance and M&A expertise and carried out tax due diligence investigations. For over 20 years he has been in charge of tax consultancy and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial companies.

His areas of specialization are extraordinary transactions, in particular with regard to drafting of business plans and appraisals for the valuation of companies.

He is a statutory auditor, and member of the Board of Directors of industrial companies.
