Marco Armarolli has been a Salaried Partner at Studio Rock since January 2006.

Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, he provides leading Italian and foreign groups with professional tax advice mainly on direct and indirect taxes.

He is a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of over thirty companies operating in various sectors. He holds SB offices pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as offices as statutory auditor in companies traded on regulated markets.

• 2003 – National Association of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts in Milan;
• 2003 – Register of Auditors.
